Abide


In a self-portraiture e-course I'm taking, 
we were encouraged to take a photo walk.  

Yesterday was a beautiful summer's day.
A perfect one to stop and lean 
on one of the lovely, 
big, old grandmother oak trees 
in our back yard.

It was nourishing to rest against her 
and dream for a bit.
