To Bless the Space Between Us . . .

This tender photo touches me so
and has become quite a guiding light
and touchstone for me, too.

How do I let go of a painful situation?

This is how...

Stand calmly, quietly in my truth,
knowing what I know.

Instead of expecting and aching
for what they can't/won't give
(for whatever reasons that might be),
choose to let it be by
sending love and warmth
(as best I can in each moment).

Shine in your own little space in the night sky,
dearest one,
all while blessing the space between us.

Help me, Mama?
Right here, Baby Girl.

Yes.

Blessed be.

Well, Shoot! Again!!

A piece of lumber flew off the back of a pickup truck on my way to work, came right at
me and knocked off my rear view mirror. Feeling very grateful that no one was hurt and,
just like on Friday, this gentleman has been very kind and willing to do whatever is
necessary to take care of the damage, including making this duct tape bandaid for my
Betsy.

Well, Shoot!

Not how we wanted to spend our evening!

 Gratefully we're all ok.
Well, except for Tadd's baby
(and the other guy's car, too).

Happy Halloween!

We dressed up for Halloween at work today
and I was dreading it at first.
(Who knew what a vulnerable thing that could be to do?!)

Turns out I was tickled with what I came up with.

Happy Halloween!
