Today's Guidance - February 6

When I answer the call,
I can trust that
I will be supported
and comforted
with what I need.

When I intentionally
spend time in my Egg,
my life will Flow
and that is the Jewel.

A Wonderful Surprise

Not long after her mother passed, a Facebook friend from across the sea reached
out to me. She said that, if I was willing, she’d like me to have some treasures that
she had first given to her mom.

I was touched by her kind offer, especially when she told me that Chartres, where the
items were purchased when they were visiting there together, is a church dedicated
to Our Lady (Mary). I was deeply grateful and delighted to accept her generous Gift.

As an aside (or is it?), her daughter has been very, very sick so I had no idea when
her package of care might arrive.

Well guess what?

It came today!! I knew to expect the labyrinth book and beautiful blue sun catcher.
I did not expect to find Love, Peace, and Faith all tucked in as well, or the words on
her card “unnumbered blessings give my spirit voice.” I’m so struck by the timing of
their arrival, right a group call for an online class that I'm taking that focused on
Love and Faith. Smiling softly because my secret wish for our earth before Freedom
emerged was Peace.

Hmmmmm... she says playfully.

My guardian angel stopping in
to give me the big hug I longed for?

Yes, I believe so.

Blessed be.

Mother Mary Oracle - Everyday Ritual Share

Wanting to share my lovely new deck
and get to know my cards a little better,
I posted this photo in a group I belong to.

With it being a day that ends in 8,
I was also practicing sharing
from my abundance.

If you’d like to play along,
take a moment to notice which of the cards draws you.

The reveal photo is below.

May She watch over and bless us all.

1. Our Lady Who Gives Peace

The affirmation that goes with her in the book is:
"The peace of the Mother fills my heart,
as I let go into her endless genius and grace."
.     .     .

2. Our Lady of Divine Presence

The affirmation that goes with her in the book is:
"Our Lady of Divine Presence, your light lives and dwells within me.
You are in every cell of my being and my heart opens to you
like a flower to the golden sun.
May your presence touch every aspect of my life,
and all with whom I come into contact,
like a golden wave of love,
bathing the entire world with your consciousness."
.      .     .

3. Our Lady of the Sacred Son

The affirmation that goes with her in the book is:
"The powerful love generated
by Mother Mary and the Christ, lives in me.
It radiates from me in complete divine strength,
power and protection, now and always.
So be it."
.      .      .
For me it was between card 1 and 2 and I eventually landed on 1.
It brought a big ol' warm smile when she greeted me as I turned her over.

Yes. She was/is exactly right for me on this day.

Blessed be.

New Year Angels

1.  Main Theme of the New Year - All is Well

2.  Departing energies from last year - Brilliant Idea!

3.  Talents I will be expressing this year - Peace.

4.  Future Opportunities - Relationship Harmony

5.  Upcoming Obstacles - Moon Cycles

6.  How to deal with upcoming obstacles - Hello from Heaven

7.  How to achieve my goals and dreams - Clear my space.

.       .       .

I'm smiling warmly, snuggling up into this spread.  Loving that the theme of
2018 for me with be "All is Well."  With a job hunt on the horizon, I welcome
the blessed assurance.

I'm not sure how Brilliant Idea is departing from last year.  Unless the idea
of resigning my position and also honoring my 40 beloveds is now behind me.

I love, *love* the notion of my expressing Peace in the upcoming year.

Relationship Harmony is actually feeling a bit like a theme for me.  In my
friendships, my wife-ing, my sistering, my auntie-ing, and, when the time comes,
my co-workering.

It might be interesting to see how the moon cycles affect my own mood and
bodily cycles.  Maybe it's about being aware.

Really appreciating the gentle reminder that I can count on those who have
gone before me to help me navigate any upcoming obstacles.

Clearing my space brought a big smile as that, too, feels like a theme.  It's
vital that I pay attention to my mindset (growth, please!), my activities (let's
practice focusing on one thing at a time rather than multi-tasking), and
the area around me as well.

Blessed be.

For fun, I drew a Soul Call card for each position.

Sighing a big ol' sigh of contentment at the idea that not only will All Be Well
in 2018, I will be Radiant.

Interesting how Create does dovetail with Brilliant Idea and I'm a little bummed
about the idea of that being the energy that is departing.

*Love* the idea of Weaving Peace into 2018.  I welcome that idea and am
struck by Weave is a word that comes up for me a good bit.

Close syncs up with Relationship Harmony beautifully.  The gentle reminder to
trust others and our relationship... perhaps especially when one of us gets
triggered.

I'm not sure what to make of Fire and Moon Cycles being upcoming obstacles.
Unless the fire of anxiety and forgetting to allow things to unfold as they will
and are meant to?

I am so touched by the angels and my dearly departeds reminding me that
who I am, what I do, and where I am is all Enough.  I can only do what my
capacity allows and it is Enough.

Yes!  In order to see clearly so that I can make good decisions, I need to be
aware of the mirrors around me and if they are clean and reflecting accurately.

Remembrance - Day 40 of 40

"Peace comes from remembering Love is real."
Yes.

💕

And that's what my sweet little 40-day practice has been about. . .

Remembering some of the dear people
who have touched my heart with their presence
and Grounding,
rooting myself in their Love.

Smiling because along with Peace?
Grace, Mercy, Hope, and Joy
have tagged along as well.

It has indeed been a very good season of Remembrance.

Warm thanks to those of you who have been following along
and holding me in your thoughts and prayers.

Blessed be.

💕

Our Lady of Guadalupe

Today is the feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe,
the patroness of the Americas.

May she continue to watch over us,
guide us,
and lead us all to Peace.

Amen.

Remembrance - Day 24 of 40

Gentle witnesses
like steady runway lights
on this misty gray, late autumn morning
illuminate the way through the damp chill.

Their soft twinkling
encouraging me to stay close
to the task at hand
brings welcomed warmth and deep, contented sighs.

A morning miracle of Peace?

 Yes.

Blessed be.

Fond Farewell, Fr. Ray

Rest In Peace, dear friend.
Thank you for all of your love and support
during a very brutal time in my life.
I love you.

❤️

Fr. Ray was originally from Vermont and was one of 3 priests that came from that diocese
to serve in Amarillo where I was born and raised.

He was a priest in Perryton when I met him at a high school retreat.  A very kind soul who
took an interest in me and we traded letters for many years. I still remember how nice it was
to find a letter from him tucked up in my small college post office box that didn't see much
mail.

He was such a blessing in my life, supporting me in gentle ways at a time when not many
folks knew how to, much less what to say. A true angel.

  ðŸ’œ

While I don't remember the words we shared, I do remember the deep solace and reassurance
that I found in our relationship.

He'd been ill for a long while and Tadd and I tried to visit him while in town several years
back but it didn't work out.

It was sad that he didn't remember me when we spoke on the phone but that's ok, she says
thru tears, because I remember him and our friendship. And I was so touched that he was
still his sweet self when we spoke, offering me a blessing.

❤️

Shutter Happy ~ Day 12 ~ A Hobby

It brings me great pleasure to pair a quote
or a prayer that I love with pretty clip art.

Another favorite hobby of mine
is collecting hearts.

Shutter Happy ~ Day 9 ~ Play

Something that is very much play for me is creating little vignettes especially, she
says with a twinkly smile, when I have new things to include. Archangel Chamuel
is a new angel to me and I have a feeling that I shall enjoy getting to know him.
With Peace being my word for 2015, perhaps he already knows me? ❤️

. . .

This little scene speaks to me of "As best you can in each moment, Mirror Peace,
Brave Heart, and Peace will come back to you. (Hope, Grace, and Mercy, too.)"

Shutter Happy ~ Day 2 ~ Something that I Wear

It brings great delight
to be able to wear one of the special word companions
that have become quite dear to me on any given day.

...

And sometimes?
It's just the little Light I need to help get me thru.

Outlet

A few quiet moments enjoying my swing
on another perfectly lovely fall afternoon
is a fine way to unplug and recharge.

Recover, too.

.       .     .     .     .

Smiling because when I took this photo,
I honestly thought our prompt for today's
#BreatheSeptember2017
was Outlet.

In looking back, no telling *where* I got that prompt!
It wasn't anywhere on our list.
I then double-checked my August Break list,
which was still handy and it wasn't on there either.

I did need the break from screen time today
so it was actually pretty perfect.

Maybe the angels whispered it to me?

Yes, I think so.

Breathe September 2017 :: Day 17 - Here

Taking a moment to look up today's prompt
after having meditated for a bit brought a warm smile.

In my little corner,
Here is all about resting in the company of trusted angels,
remembering the light,
and delighting in my beautiful farewell flowers.

Breathe September 2017 :: Day 15 - Gratitude

Delighted to share that today was a good last day at my job. Kind words and warm hugs
were exchanged and I was sent home with 2 lovely bouquets of flowers, a card with
handwritten farewells from my co-workers, and a gift card.

Blessed be.

Smiling softly because,
while it took some time to get here,
I am indeed feeling at Peace about it all.

And it's not quite over yet, she adds with a warm grin. With one of the biggest tax deadlines
being today and the office moving tomorrow (talk about *crazy* timing!!), my favorite
partner pulled me aside and said he wanted to take me to lunch at a really nice place in the
next week or so.

After that?
I'm looking forward to some time to just be off
and see what comes next.

Breathe September 2017 :: Day 10 - Joy

May the blessing of Joy abide within you.
May the blessing of Peace rest upon you.
May the blessing of Love flow out through you.
May all the blessings of Grace be yours.

Breadcrumbs

Over here I'm being serenaded by froggie hymns and hubby snores.

The sun has set and my twinkle lights,
which I haven't turned on in a l-o-n-g time,
my beloved circle of angel Grace,
and the jar of cheerful silk sunflowers

are quietly,

gently

reminding me to b-r-e-a-t-h-e

while leaving breadcrumbs for me,
reminding me of my way Home.

.    .    .    .    .

While not my favorite thing ever,
I'm intentionally reminding myself
that it's ok to wake up and find myself in Indiana
(once again).

I really do know my way Home
and, just as I have so many times before,
I'm slowly thawing and remembering
that I really can and will find my way again.

Just be here, sweet soul.

Amen.
(Because it feels like a prayer)
